Order A Free Sample

• Business Verification: The customer must provide a valid business registration number or other proof of being a legitimate business entity.
• Industry Relevance: The customer should be involved in the sportswear industry, such as a retailer, distributor, or sports team.
• Order Potential: Samples are available to those with the intention of placing a bulk order within a certain timeframe (e.g., 3-6 months).

Please note that Athlead Wears reserves the right to decline any sample request at our discretion if we are not comfortable proceeding.

1. Terms & Conditions

• Limitations: Each customer is allowed to order one free sample per product type.
• Shipping Costs: The customer may be required to cover shipping costs unless specific conditions are met (e.g., potential for large orders).
• Lead Time: A clear timeline will be provided for when the sample can be expected, depending on location and order complexity.
• Usage of Sample: The sample provided is for evaluation purposes only and is not for resale.

• Contact Information: Full name, company name, email, phone number, and company address.
• Business Details: Type of business (retail, wholesale, sports team), years in operation, and annual purchasing volume.
• Sample Request Details: Specific product(s) of interest, purpose of the sample, and potential order quantity.
• Agreement Checkbox: A checkbox for the customer to agree to the terms and conditions before submitting the request.

• Internal Review: After form submission, our team will review the provided details to ensure the customer meets the eligibility criteria.
• Follow-Up Communication: If needed, we may reach out to gather more information or clarify the customer's intentions.

1. Automated Workflow

• Consider integrating an automated system that flags potential high-value customers based on the information submitted, making it easier to prioritize sample requests.

1. Customization Costs: The free sample includes standard customization. However, if additional customization is required, such as embossing, dyeing, or screen printing that involves extra costs, these will not be covered. If you agree to cover these additional costs, please notify us, and we can proceed accordingly.

By submitting a request, the customer acknowledges that Athlead Wears is under no obligation to provide a sample and that each request will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
